Conceptual Frameworks

Conceptual frameworks play a critical role in framing and enhancing understanding of complex phenomena, guiding empirical research and developing conceptualizations and linkages connecting abstract concepts and theory with real world phenomena. LGR and Richard Feiock have been at the forefront of these efforts by developing and advancing five innovative and well-regarded policy frameworks. For five of our most prominent frameworks, we provide an open access essay that describes the framework, elaborates its key concepts and explains how it can guide research and understanding.
